The flat was secure, only 5 minute walk from the Richmond Castle. Staff was easygoing and informative despite our late arrival. We had spacious bedroom with large shared bathroom and NICE pool.

The apartment was spotless, the design was nice and I liked flexible check-in. The pool was lovely, the staff was knowledgeable. Airy and luxurious rooms, delightful views. Huge, very pleasant bathroom
